The Totality of My Thoughts

In an attempt to have an actual session with the headshrinker, instead of me being an idiot and both having nothing to say and not being able to say anything, I am keeping a list of thoughts.

Like my mind, it is disorganized, nonsensical and muddled.

This whole thing is really frustrating.

  1. Even if it seems to not make sense to you, and seems “muddled” I am sure that your therapist would find it useful. They know how to “unmuddle” these things lol. I have done this on occasion and it seemed to really help.

  4. Good idea, at the very least you can say “Look! See! I’m documenting! I’m proactive about my health!” Possibly not with that many exclamation marks, but still.
