In an attempt to have an actual session with the headshrinker, instead of me being an idiot and both having nothing to say and not being able to say anything, I am keeping a list of thoughts.
Like my mind, it is disorganized, nonsensical and muddled.
This whole thing is really frustrating.

/ March 5, 2013Even if it seems to not make sense to you, and seems “muddled” I am sure that your therapist would find it useful. They know how to “unmuddle” these things lol. I have done this on occasion and it seemed to really help.
